- 12 eggs
- 12 pieces of nitrate free bacon (I used turkey bacon)
- Diced veggies of choice
- Preheat oven to 350
- Use a non-stick muffin baking pan
- Place bacon in each muffin holder
- Crack in eggs and add veggies if desired. You can scramble the egg in a bowl before hand and add it to the muffin tin.
- Bake for 20 min
